Key West suggestions other than Boyds

We (2 motorhomes) are going to Key West in May. We were going to Boyd's until they told us our dog was not allowed. She is a sheppard MIX. We sent them a pic of her and they were kind of rude back stating that she was NOT ALLOWED!....That takes care of that, I'll never go there dog or no dog. Anyway, we are now looking for somewhere else that is nice, full hookups, fairly close to Key West and less than $150 a day. Any suggestions? Thanks!

To the 2 who suggest Blue Water, while it is absolutely beautiful there, iT DOES NOT FALL INTO THE $150.00 category..

I just priced it for a possible summer trip and their off season cost was $214.00 for the cheap waterfront, and I think $195.00 for inland sites...

While I , myself believe that it is worth it, some on here do not and I get that...

We have been there twice so far, and will be back..

We go there (Blue Water) 3 times a year and will be back again in May. The off season rates go from $109 to $194/nite. In season $145 to $215. Those are the prices listed on their website.

Price is comparable to any of the other premium RV parks in the keys, but at Blue Water, you know you will have privacy and your own Tiki. I too feel it is worth it.
They have a large on leash dog park and your breed won't be a problem.
  • I haven't been there yet, But Blue Water Key is where Ill be going!
  • I sure did not pay that much!
It depends on when the OP wants to be there and what style of site.
