Conch Train Tour as an orientation to the island, Fort Zachary Taylor State Park (nicest beach on the island, but remember, the Keys are NOT known for beaches), Key West snorkeling cruise, Key West Cemetery, climb the lighthouse, sunset at Mallory Square, Schooner Wharf Bar, stroll the wharf - find a place that suits your fancy and have a happy hour drink & appetizer. There's usually some type of event going on that can be lots of fun - check the freebie local newspapers. January & February can be chilly or glorious - be sure to be ready for either. ENJOY!
