If they were "chopped" down for no good reason and just left there I'd agree what idiot would do that..... I would then move on and not let it ruin my day or even the next 5 minutes.
I have a neighbor that has a fenced in back yard but insist on letting there little dog out the front door to do his business. I watch this dog visit all the yards in the court including mine and eventually make his way back home. It's a young couple that lives there that we are good friends with and for the life of me I can't figure out how they think this is ok!
My point is many lack what others would say is just plain old common sense! These days you just have to be able to move on quickly because there are too many things that happen daily that just blow my mind.
