You need to be careful posting so many comments on one issue, you might get congress involved and you know what happens then! Oh yea "nothing"! LOL But in all seriousness we don't spend time making people follow rules because we take too much time creating rules! I get the joke about the scout leaders but just imagine how many kids would grow up not enjoying the outdoors and be doing things that are not constructive to society that we see in inner city youth! I personally had a older brother that took me fishing and hunting and did all the outdoorsy stuff! He taught me the rules and the what to do's and what not to do's including the old adage "pack it in, pack it out" and leave the campsite cleaner than you found it! Thanks big brother! I was lucky!
