Pismo Coast RV Park is nice for kids, but not all concrete. When we took our tiny ones out we had the seat things with wheels that they could scoot around in. Stuck some little pull on boots on them and all was good. I guess nowdays you have to know someone in Mexico to bring one back for you. I always kept either a sharp eye on them or a tether.
