KOA corporate not fan of monthlies?
Hey, Someone once told me that KOA is not a big fan of monthly campers, that they prefer overnight stays and do not like monthly campers to have any real stuff outside like chairs etc

I would guess the individual KOA would make a decision about monthly rates or not based upon their demand. Like many state parks or COE parks - no more than 2 weeks in season, and monthly rates in the off season.
