KOA corporate not fan of monthlies?
Hey, Someone once told me that KOA is not a big fan of monthly campers, that they prefer overnight stays and do not like monthly campers to have any real stuff outside like chairs etc

That WAS the feeling at KOA...but in todays economy things have changed. We are seasonals at a KOA. They now allow aprox 50% seasional sites but do have restrictions the owners must follow. Our park is in the top 10% of all KOA's too. Without seasonals and monthly sites you could not stay in business in many areas in this economy
