It is NOT a KOA problem. ALL CG's have been know to do this.
It was the specific CG management problem you stayed at. I would have
asked for a full refund. It would have prompted them to find you a bigger site.
Since it is a franchise calling and telling corporate of your experience might net you some coupons for future use.
What reason did they give you that the site you reserved was not available?
