What size rig are you getting?
Loyston Point only has water and electric sites (no sewer at the site) but they do have a dump station. They do not take reservations so I wouldn't try on a weekend unless you arrive on Thursday. It's a TVA property. More info: http://www.tva.com/river/recreation/pdf/norris_rec_matrix.pdf
Woodalls says they have 30 amp electric and they close Oct 15th. Site length 40' gravel.
I usually look at the campground map, then check it out on www.googlemaps.com earth view and zoom in. That helps me pick a site. I would also call the office for assistance in choosing a site based on your needs.
