When faced with such poor service and/or bad conditions I do 3 things after taking down the names:
I write a detailed letter to the owner of the campground praising the excellent employees first then detailing the rude behaviors of the bad employees.
I'll also write two reviews, complete with my concerns at the following travel sites:
http://www.tripadvisor.com/http://rvparkreviews.com/If the owner is unwilling to reply, then I cross the cg off my list. I'd rather boondock then pay my hard earned retirement check dollars to be treated with lack of courtesy.
