Lake In Wood Campground - Is it always like this?

I could never understand why folks chose to live in a neighborhood with a Home Owners Association, but they do and seem to like living by others rules. Seems your CG is similar, you don't like it but many must if the reviews are to be believed. Just don't go back, vote with the feet.

By the way, welcome to the forum. Maybe if you had come here before and asked about the campground you would have gotten different reviews. Please do as Dog Folks suggest and post somewhere it will actually help someone.
