I don't know of any TX state park that posts pictures of individual sites, or even groups of sites. General pictures at best.
And unfortunately, even though I live within 50 miles of Eisenhower I have not been there in years, and never camped there.
If you want to be guaranteed a large site, the best I can do is suggest West Burns Run park, just across Denison Dam on the Oklahoma side of Lake Texoma. The FHU pull thru sites are huge, long and 75' - 100' between sites. They have large concrete pads and patio area with grill, fire pit, and nice table. There would be plenty of room for tents, assuming they allow tents at the RV sites. We have stayed there several times, but off hand don't remember seeing a tent at an FHU RV site.
Not a large number of FHU sites and being a holiday weekend, may be hard to get.
