We definitely want water and electric and would like to be near the lake.
In the city of Norman, OK. you can also stay at the Fairgrounds for $15.00 a night for sewer/water/electric. It's on the North side of the city proper and not far from OU. Nice campus to walk, a quaint downtown Main Street, and several restaurants sprinkled around Norman.
