Going to Foscue Creek COE park in Demopolis, Al. for 2 nights. Christmas On The River parade is tomorrow night. We don't go every year, but have been several times. Happy camping..........

There are actually two parades. Starting at 11am there is always a street parade thru town. Many great floats, marching bands, antique autos and beauty queens. The river parade starts at 6pm, but does not pass by the campground. Any place near the civic center is good for watching. Afterwards there is a wonderful fireworks show. All campsites are really good. The ones in the 50's are on the water. The drive into town is less than 10 minutes.
