Legalized weed in Colorado - impact on campgrounds

Obviously with the legalization of recreational weed in Colorado, will it be allowed to be used openly in state and federal campgrounds? I personally don't care what consenting adults do behind the...

And now the State of New York wants to legalize it. But you can not drink a 16oz soft drink in NYC.
Whole country will be stoned before long.
