Legalized weed in Colorado - impact on campgrounds

Obviously with the legalization of recreational weed in Colorado, will it be allowed to be used openly in state and federal campgrounds? I personally don't care what consenting adults do behind the...

Stoned or drunk, they do not need to be driving under the influence. Hopefully it will be against the law to drive while stoned like it is while drunk.
