I personally don't see why they owe you any kind of return corspondence whatsoever UNLESS someone is nice enough to do so. You had a list of issues and you made them aware of the problems. Their responsibility is to fix those that are credible, not treat the reporting party like they deserve a written report.

Boycott the entire state over one park and lack of personal treatment? Too bad for you.. Drive Around
