Sorry, guys. Didn't mean to open a "can of worms" here. My only thought was to make others aware of what I ran into and the state's failure to respond to what I thought to be legitimate concerns. As I pointed out in the post, these are my views and I would assume that they would be taken that way. I had no intention of raising folks ire, as it appears I have.
