Havent been there, but looking at the pic posted of H14, that seems pretty level overall to me. Been to far worse. Looking at H13 online it looks decent too, so not sure what the issue is/was getting access. they both appear to be pull thru's.
The flea market - are you saying they had the flea market right there in the campground? Or elsewhere in the park. If elsewhere, not sure why the complaint. Kinda a PITA maybe getting in and out, but....
Not sure it rises to the level of boycotting Kentucky, but that's your call.
