We stayed in one Kentucky SP and it had everything you could want in a state park except decent camp sites.We visited several others and found them the same. We changed to the Daniel Boone NF campgrounds and visited the state parks during the day.
Found every state has the small campsites in older parks. We just check them all out more carefully.
With a complaint we usually call.
