Having used SP CG's for most of my camping experience I'm pretty sure all of the things the OP is pointing out as negatives could have been gleaned directly from the SP website with a little effort. As far as not responding, they can't or won't change the campsite or cancel an event that brings in revenue so I'm not sure what they can say that wouldn't be a waste of time.
