You are going to have a hard time finding your relatives in Ely Resort. It is a huge residential and commercial resort named Lely Resort :). It runs about 4-5 miles north along Rt 951 from US41 and 4-5 miles west along US41 from Rt 951.
So using the intersection of 951/41 as 'ground zero (GZ)' you have quite a number of RV parks and resorts from within blocks out to 10 miles and beyond. You provide the criteria of "inexpensive" and "full hookup". I understand FHU but have no clue what 'inexpensive' means to you. Naples has some of the best winter climate in the country and park rates vary greatly with the season, location and amenities. So I'll just give you a list and you can google their web sites to find out if, during your time of visit, each is 'inexpensive'. You also don't mention what type of rig you have and some parks are motorhome only or have length or age restrictions.
1) The closest park is a motor coach only park - Naples Motorcoach Resort - about 3/4 miles east from GZ
2) About 10 miles east from GZ, also on US 41, is Collier Seminole State Park. W/E plus dump station
3) Between the two, about 3 miles east of GZ is Paradise Pointe
4) West of GZ, about 8 miles towards downtown is Neopolitan Cove RV park
5) South of GZ on Rt951(Collier Blvd) is Silver Lakes Golf and RV resort - about 2 miles south (my former home park)
6) Next door and south of Silver Lakes is Pelican Lakes Motorcoach Resort
7) About 1.5 miles South of GZ on 951 and the a couple of blocks west is the Naples KOA
8) About 1.5 miles south of GZ and a couple of blocks east is K-Park. Very small FHU park, no frills but clean.
9) About 4.5 miles north of GZ on 951 is Naples RV Resort (formerly Kounty Kampin)
10) About 8 miles north and a block east of GZ is Club Naples RV Resort - just south of I75
