The real solution to stopping littering and to meeting needs of the needy lies in a change of heart on the part of each individual who cares so little about his fellow man that he will share his trash but not his wealth. It boils down to love. Love your neighbor as yourself.

Don't get me wrong. I am talking to myself as much as to anyone else.
