That comment brings back memories.
When I was a kid it seemed like there were free "dumps" available a lot. Now most of them are "organized disposal sites" and there are fewer of them ... and they're getting pricey to leave your trash in. Nowadays disposal sites aren't plentiful enough, and even when you can find one they're not setup so as to provide the room or logistics for an RV'er to pull into and dump stuff off on the way between camping spots.
Why is everything becoming complicated to do, and/or expensive to do, and/or time-consuming to do? Could it be an exploding population - everywhere??
