Great point!! .....making it hard to get rid of is for sure the wrong way to handle matters. The forest service should have dumpsters out at these locations..... for FREE!
Now you get into actually attracting people to dump in the forests - because they can use the "free" dumpsters. Happens in cities all the time to businesses... people just dump their household garbage in any available dumpster, with no care as to who pays for the disposal.
It is just idiot people.
