We have stayed at Cypress Camping Resort in Myrtle Beach several times.
It's a small RV park located on the Intracoastal Waterway but close to everything.
Nice size sites, big rig access and amenities include a swimming pool.
Definitely pet friendly with plenty of open space to walk your dogs.
