As gbopp says, being more specific would help. Do you want to be close to the ocean/beach or would being further inland be acceptable? How about price range? What kind/size of RV are will you be staying in?
We stayed in a nice park just inland from the Port Charlotte area. Riverside RV Resort. It's about 4-5 miles east of I-75. Lately it's been difficult to get into as many parks are in that corner of the state.

At this point relative to the upcoming winter season you may have a lot of trouble locating a park with vacancies or, as others said, undamaged from the hurricane.
You might look a bit further inland. The Arcadia area has several parks. Sebring has plenty of warm weather and prices are on the lower end.
