I live 25 miles NE of PGH and know most of the campgrounds in this area.
For the summer I park at Sharp's Campground in Shelocta, PA. Shelocta is about 5 miles west of Indiana, PA on route 422. 724-354-2356
Sharp's is seasonal and rally parking only. NO overnight parking, unless friends of a seasonal. There are one or two lots available. City water, 30/50 amp electric and sewer plus 8 X 30 concrete patio. Electric is metered and you pay the electric company. $900 a year. 21 yearly lots total plus about 30 lots for rallies. All roads paved so no dust, dirt or mud. 2 large very nice shelters with full kitchens that are available when no rallies are here. NOTE: No dogs or children (visitors are fine) here except for occasional rallies.
See my YouTube video from Memorial Day.

I'm at the campground now. Going home Sunday morning.
This is a beautiful campground in a park-like setting and I'm a very picky camper.
