Looking for rv resort near benton harbor michigan

Depends upon how far you're willing to be from Benton Harbor itself. There is just one park in Benton Harbor proper. Benton Harbor doesn't have an especially good reputation these days. Much of downtown is boarded up, although there are efforts to improve the city. St. Joseph, on the other hand, is pretty much the opposite and doing quite well.
