Let me tell you, We drove down the east coast of Texas and then west along the Rio Grand Valley, and then up San Antonio and west last winter. I'll bet we stayed at about a half dozen places and there is only one that I really loved. It was Sandollar Resort & RV Park and we loved it because it had big old shade trees (not so cool for satellite) and nice wide spaces. The staff was awesome. There was a little restaurant across the street for when your own cooking gets a little dull and while Fulton is a small little town, Rockport is just a mile or so down the road and has everything one could want. The resort has its own little park right on the water, so if you'd like to barbeque or just sit and watch the pelicans, its there for you.
The one problem is that I would call about now for reservations.
