The Clinch River at and upstream of Clinton, TN was named best eastern trout fishing in the country a few years back. Tailwaters of Norris Dam. BUT, we have had so much rainfall this year, the river is running about as high as it gets and isn't very fun fishing at that level. KOA on the interstate is nice along with state parks when they reopen for camping (Norris Dam SP, Big Ridge SP, Caryville SP).
