Looking for Walmart stop-over in Roanoke, Va

Plenty to choose from along that route, just google or all stays....

You need to exit I 81 at exit 150. Go south on Alt. 220 for approximately 4.5 miles. Turn right on Crumpacker Dr and then an immediate left into Walmart.

I have seen several Rv's in the parking lot

It is a pretty save area

Exit 143, a few miles on route 220.

"Walmart overnight parking" is an android app for a smartphone if you have one.

If it doesn't have to be a Wal-Mart, the Camping World in Roanoke allows overnight stays. It's right beside I-81 at Exit 146, 8198 Gander Way
Roanoke, VA 24019.

There is another Walmart off of I-81. Take exit 143 to 581s, then exit 3E to the Valleyview mall area. Walmart is in the surrounding area next to the mall. Plenty of restaurants in the area as well. There has in the past been some trouble in that area, so just be on the lookout.

I'll second Camping World, I use whenever going through that part of the country.
They have free water and dump and on certain days the have a very good price on LP
