Maybe, but there are also plenty of not-so-good ones, just like in the U.S., but at least here it's regulated. Just Google it for some of those "urban myths." Even read the Trip Advisor comments, they're not myths.
Those of you who have had good dental care there, that's great, but there are plenty who haven't. Do some research and you'll see. It's not all faked, if any. Like I said, I talked to a dentist who had seen one of the mistakes and he said it wasn't pretty.
I have nothing against Mexican dentists, just saying I wouldn't use them. I might have really good luck, but I prefer not to chance it. My health is too important and I don't like pain.
