We are parked on a lot here in the foothills of Yuma that we rent for the month of December. There are lots of rental lots available here, my suggestion would be to rent a lot for a period of time and check out the area to see if the area, lot and neighbours are suitable. There are a large number of properties for sale here, we looked at one in the new El Rancho Encantado development (a re-sale at 11,000 square ft. and $75,000).
