I have been looking at rv lots with casitas and the ones they call executive suites are really very nice. Bedroom, bath, kitchen and living area but omg, they are so expensive! We are thinking about just buying a home in the south somewhere and then rv when ever we want. But on the flip side if a person buys in a resort area where you can rent the site when not in use then that is a nice investment.
The only problem with renting AND using is that other folks generally only want to rent it when you want to use it, that is during the coldest winter months.
