Louisiana State Parks

We are planning on driving through Louisiana after staying on Galveston Island in early October. Haven't really picked a route yet, but since we've never camped in Louisiana, wanted to check it off the list.

I looked into Jimmie Davis SP and Poverty Point SP. Any other suggestions? Probably a 2 or 3 night stay, thanks.

    If On Your Way Home You Are Going To Be In Northern Louisiana Up By Shreveport In Minden.

    The Only COE Park In Louisiana. Beaver Dam Nice Park Not Full Hookup But Very Nice.

    Close To Shreveport Casinos.

    Just An Idea... Have A Great Trip!
