I think there is a COE campground on Arkabutla Lake just south of Memphis. Also may be a RV park at one of the casinos in Tunica.
Much to see and enjoy along the Blues Trail.
On another trip, we stayed at John C. Kyle SP between I-55 and Oxford. Very nice park on a lake with full service sites. We plan to stop again on our fall trip westward.
