Maine Coastal Campgrounds

Thinking about lobstah! We stayed at Bar Harbor Oceanfront KOA once and it was fun and I would stay there again. But I would like to explore the coast a little more. Are there any waterfront cg's with fhu between the New Hampshire Line and Bar Harbor?

    We quite enjoy Hadley's point campground in Bar harbour, usually our last camp of the season.
    Just got back today from a week at Bayleys Camp resort in Portland, it's a great spot with kids.

    One of our favorites is Lobster Buoy Campsites in Thomaston, ME. It only has electric and water hookups, but does have a dump station. The best feature is the short walk to Waterman's Beach Lobster House for the very bestest lobstah rolls we've ever had!
