Maine family friendly campground

We have stayed at Moorings in Belfast:

It was tight getting in with my 35 foot fiver, but the view was really nice.

Another vote for Bar Harbor KOA Oceanfront CG. Not inexpensive, but as good as it gets for the Bar Harbor / Acadia area.

Someone mentioned Normandy Farms, but that CG is an MASS, not Maine.

Hadleys Point near Bar Harbor worked for us

Paradise Park in Old Orchard Beach, or Blackwoods in Acadia.

Normandy farms, you would need to stay a week just to do everything they offer once lol. Great for all ages.

Loads of campgrounds in the OOB area which cater to familys. check out these 2 towns, Scarborough & Old Orchard Beach for the campgrounds that might fit you needs.

We've been up there a few times, our favorites were Bayley's, Hid'n Pines and Paradise Park! :C
