Maine in October
We are heading to New England for October. We're hoping to sneak up on the Northern Lights. Are there any parks open that time of year? Hoping to be near the NB border.

Not that I'm aware of. I'm afraid you may be disappointed-you probably won't even see the Northern Lights as they are very infrequent (just a few times a year) and that's in the winter. Here's a good link for the campgrounds in that area:
