- shaz60ExplorerWe'll be at Green Meadow in Glen NH with all the kids, grandkids, and my parents. They all go home on Monday and the DH and I will head to Wiscasset (Chewonki Campground) on the Maine coast to spend the rest of the week by ourselves. Took the four days off after Memorial Day last year too and it was wonderful. Very quiet, nice weather, and most everything was open.
OP, I love Salisbury State Park and go a couple of times a year. I'd be interested in hearing your impressions when you get back. - WVbassmistressExplorer

We will be having a great time campground hosting on Lake Cumberland in Kentucky. Looking forward to it.
What campground? We spent some time at Lake Cumberland last year and are trying to find a chance to go again this year.
We are headed to Gerald Freeman Campground on Sutton Lake here in WV.
Really pumped about getting away! - korbeExplorerAt my property along the Oregon coast
- homedadExplorerAt the in-law's cottage while the brand new never used motorhome sits at home because I have a very pushy SIL. It isn't even her cottage.

I leave the holiday weekends for the workin' stiffs.
I imagine that's a good idea. If I wasn't one of those working stiffs i'd avoid the holidays as well.
However since I'm a stiff myself I can't pass up the extra camping day the holiday provides. - grumpy1ExplorerFort Wilderness
