Michigan State Park w/ pool

I am sure that I saw a post that said a couple of the state parks had a pool. I have been to the dnr site and cannot figure out which they are. I think it may be Ludington but I cannot find a pool on the map to see which part of the campground it is in. Any help please?

  • Several Indiana State Parks have pools - Versailles, Brown County, McCormicks Creek that I know for sure
  • Have been to most of the MI State Parks and none have pools. You will only find a couple with FHU yet all will have electric except for the overflow campgrounds.
Don't even know of any that have water at the site except the FHU campgrounds.

Nope. No pools at any Michigan state parks.

Ludington is the most sought after park in the state. The sites are small, close together and dirt, but the park itself is amazing. I tried for two years without success to book a site. I finally had luck when I bribed a friend to do it for me. It's really difficult to get in during the summer and nearly impossible if you want a summer weekend.
  • Been to many, have never seen or heard of one with a pool. Full hook ups yes, pools don't think so...
  • We are from MI, but not sure if any have a pool. Most are on a body of water, many on Lake Michigan, and have beaches and swimming, but not sure if any have a pool. Many private campgrounds will have.
