OK. We're planning a trip from St Louis to Sault Ste Marie the second week of Sept and want to stay along the lake at as many sites as possible on our way. We are B campers requiring only electric, flush toilets and hopefully showers. We hope to camp along the coast to the UP, bum around for a day or two and then onto Canada and their Provincial Parks for a 'yeah, we stayed there' before heading toward Farnkenmuth, MI for a rally.
What are the better "camp" grounds along the coast? (and or the UP) Rather not have a treeless field with tables, but want the conveniences of electric and flushers?
Sorry if I hijacked this thread.
