Union Bay CG in the Porcupine Mtns SP has showers but as said, the Presque Isle CG does not as it's rustic and will stay that way per the SP Rangers there. Nearly all Michigan SP CG's have showers and most have seperate doors to each shower stall. Some Michigan State Park CG's have state of the art bathouses and showers. We live very near Grand Haven SP and the bathouse and showers would put most nice home's bathrooms to shame. There are about 12-15 fancy individual doored tiled shower rooms around 3 sides of the new centrally located building. Some of them are for families and have toilets and dry dressing areas in the large individual shower rooms just like the ADA (handicapped) shower rooms have. Mom etc can bring all the kids in at the same time and make short work of getting them all clean and ready for bed just like a production line! We're constantly hearing campers rave about the new facility.
