Of the three RV parks we stayed at last winter we didn't see any families like yours, other than during spring break time.
We did see occasional visits by camper's grandchildren but it appeared to be only for a weekend and they were few and far between.
We raised two daughters (now young adults) and I know for sure when they were teenagers neither one of them would have wanted any part of staying at your average Florida RV park in the winter. They would have rolled their eyes at me and said "Daaaaaaaad, every one here is old". ;)
