Min is two days if you do the South and North day long bus tours giving you a lot to see. If you want to do the back country it could take many seasons. :B
At 13 our kids asked to go after two days covering the park by bus. I strongly suggest the tours even if you are going to stay longer. The guides were awesome and you do cover the park highlights and more we found. Riding and not driving was cool since I had spent three days of driving to get there.
