Do NOT skip Grand Canyon or Bryce. You can drive through Capital and 1/2 day at Zion. Take the shuttle bus at Zion.
Would be really hard to Walk the Narrows and Hike to the top of Angles landings in 1/2 a day, much less see the rest of Zion.
