Can't help with camping recommendations. I went to Easter Jeep Safari a couple years, but there were many of us and we just crammed into condos and shared the costs (was very reasonable in the end).
If you are on Facebook look up: Red Rock 4 Wheelers
They are the group that puts on EJS and you'll get good advice there on campgrounds, trails and other needs. You could probably even fund locals to run talks with you if you need help route finding.
Enjoy the trip! It's a Jeep trip of a lifetime!! Amazing sites and amazing Jeeping!! Let me know if you have questions. Top of the World is easy, but one of the best views you'll get. Hells, Fins, are good. Cliffhanger, depending on your rig. Moab Rim is great too!!
