We stayed at Portal RV last year. Very clean,well maintained park. They have 2 sides... a regular side and a resort side. The resort side has nicer lots and landscaping and has a pool and spa. The non-resort side has a swimming pond. Pets are welcome on both sides. It is located on Hwy 191,maybe a mile or so north of the business section of Moab.
