I am highly skeptical of the claim that the sheriff's office told you to "kill them" in regards to the peacocks. There was not a single case of "bird flu" in humans reported in the US in 2018. If the peacocks were actually carriers, as you state, the Federal government (CDC) would likely be taking steps to eliminate them. When domesticated flocks have even a single confirmed case, it is required the entire flock be put down. They aren't going to let infected peacocks roam. And yes, it is very common for rents to increase on mobile home lots.
Selling apparently is the cure you need to pursue. I strongly suggest you consider refraining from berating the park because you never know when your message will reach a potential buyer and cost you a sale. You will need to present all the "pros" to potential buyers and leave the "cons" alone.
